At RealSocialTeam, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom presentations. However, we understand that sometimes changes or refunds may be necessary. Below is our Refunds and Revisions policy.

Revisions

We offer two free revisions on all presentation projects. Revisions must be requested within 15 days of receiving the final delivery of your presentation.

  • What’s included in revisions: Changes to design, style, color, images, data visualization, and other presentation elements based on your original instructions.
  • What’s not included in revisions: Major scope changes, adding new content, or requests outside of the original project details (these will incur additional charges).

If more than two revisions are required, additional fees will apply.

Refunds

Our refund policy depends on the stage of the presentation process.

  • 100% Refund: If you request a refund before we have started working on your presentation, we will provide a full refund.
  • 50% Refund: If the presentation is already in progress, you may still request a refund, and we will issue a 50% refund – no questions asked.

Please note that refunds cannot be processed once the final presentation has been delivered, except in cases of technical issues or errors on our part.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement for any delays.
  2. Contact your credit card provider; sometimes it takes time for refunds to be officially posted.
  3. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact your bank.
