Refunds
Our refund policy depends on the stage of the presentation process.
- 100% Refund: If you request a refund before we have started working, we will provide a full refund.
- % Refund: If the work is already in progress, you may still request a refund, and we will issue a refund based on the amount of work done – no questions asked.
Please note that refunds cannot be processed once work has been completed, except in cases of technical issues or errors on our part.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement for any delays.
- Contact your credit card provider; sometimes it takes time for refunds to be officially posted.
- If you still haven’t received your refund, contact your bank.
