How It Works
1. Join Your Private Client Space
After signing up, you’ll receive access to your personal workspace on our website where you can upload branding, leave comments, share ideas, and stay updated on everything we create for you.
Don’t want yet another site to log into? We also offer our services via email and Slack. You will receive our direct customer email address as well as an invite to a private channel just for you and your company in our Slack. You’re in control of how you would like to communicate with us and which option you go with. Still not enough? We’re open to joining you where you work (online, of course!). Just let us know and send an invite to our direct customer email address once you have it.
2. We Draft & Design Your Content
Each month, we create your custom visuals and captions. Drafts are sent to your client portal and also emailed to you for quick review.
There’s no obligation to continue after the first month, and it does not auto-renew. Think of it as a trial period where we can demonstrate our value.
If you choose to continue, you’ll receive an invoice for the second month (and all following months) in advance. You only need to approve it once for your subscription to begin. After that, you can cancel anytime by emailing cancel@realsocialteam.com
3. You Approve & Request Revisions
Your plan includes two free revisions on every post. Approve, comment, or request changes on each one.
4. Final Delivery & Scheduling
After approval, your content is finalized and scheduled.
If you would like use to post the content directly for you, you will need to set up social media and ad manager access for Real Social Team. Never done it before? We’ll walk you through the process.
If you have added moderation, we activate it automatically and begin monitoring.
5. Monthly Refresh & Continuous Growth
Every month, the process repeats – fresh content, consistent posting, and a growing audience.
